Very disappointed with this factory. I ordered a genuine leather bag with a suede lining in a specific color. Instead, I received a bag in completely different colors, with crooked stitching and poor craftsmanship. After I contacted them, the factory initially agreed to remake the order based on the original payment, but they never shipped the new bag. A month later, they completely denied their previous promises and refused to fix anything. This is dishonest behavior. I do not recommend this factory – no responsibility, poor quality, and absolutely no customer service. Be careful!

Very satisfied with the quality. Exclusize design and i was particularly amazed by the size as it can hold all the essentials !
